Christmas

 Hello

Well first thing is to wish you all a Happy New Year and hope it's an improvement on the last one!

These are my last Christmas cards for this year, lots of mats and layers on the first one and the second one was an embossing folder I've had for ages and not used and I love how it turned out it and may make some more for family next year in different colour ways as this one went over the pond.

Thanks for your visit really do appreciate it!

Christmas!

Hello

Sharing some more Christmas cards with you, the top two are shaker cards and for the younger girls, the snowmen were for the girls in next age bracket and the stockings for my SIL mm and dad.

They were all coloured with Zig Clean Colour Real Brushes, with various dies and I'm useless at remember which stamps they are unless I blog straight away! (note to self be more organised)

When I came to use the Merry Christmas stamps I had lost the Merry (not surprising this year) and I really like it so I contacted Creative Expression and they pointed me in  Here and wow are there some bargains to be had! If you take a look I hope you find something you like.

Thanks for visiting!

Thought I should share some Christmas cards with you!

The idea was in a mag along with the cracker die, the top for the lads and the bottom for the girls using distress oxides.

How you all doing?

Thank you for encouragement on my little Esty shop, but I fear the same thing as Emma said so it may be short lived.

Flowers

 Hello

Hope you are all well, we've decided on our flooring just negotiating the price...lol

So I've taken the bold step of opening an etsy shop, I've not loaded many cards yet but it's not something I'm sure I want to do, I get stressed with commissions so the cards uploaded have been made before and can be adapted.  I will see if I get any hits and go from there.

So my card today was for a crafty friend and because she lives local and I could drop it in I added some dimension and made a coordinating box as well.

I've used Christina Griffiths box dies and JND Tatty Daisy (I love this flower die) with some various leaf dies.

Thank you for your visit, it is much appreciated!

 Hello

Well I don't know about you but I'm fed up of the rain now!

Painting done, had a couple of selections of flooring but as usual struggling what colour to have, not sure if any of you have heard of a floor product called Kardean, well that's what we are having in the living room but with a wooden floor effect but we can't choose between lightish oak or darkish oak... what are we like. When we do finally choose I hope it can be down for Christmas!

So on to my card, it was a friends anniversary in September and this is the card I made for them.

The stamps were free with a magazines and the papers were from Lily of the Valley which they don't do any more only via digi and I'm not keen on digi papers. Coloured with Zig Clean Colour and Christina Griffiths dies.

As usual thanks for your visit!

For those Pesky Males

 Hello

Hope you are all well and liking the rain...not.

Hubby had to  clean the drains out over the weekend not a pleasant Job at the best of times but it tipped down all Saturday he was drenched through  but he did finish the painting as well. You would not believe how many samples I had painted on the walls only to find that Magnolia was the colour I actually wanted.

So these cards are for the pesky males in our lives and I sent one to my brother, who really liked it, the verse said "hope your birthday starts with a great kick off"  and it did because the Villa beat Liverpool 7-2 I think Villa fans have waited a long time to see that!

Thanks for your visit I really do appreciate it!

Boobies

 Hello

Sorry for the title but couldn't resist.... I made another bra and pants card for my nephew who was 40 last week, I can't believe it I can remember him being born and his very very first chuckle!

All my plastering is done and now I'm struggling with what colour to paint the walls, I'm really useless putting colours together, hubby has painted it once but I'm don't like it, there is only so much he will take.....lol

Thanks for your visit I really do appreicate it!

Sweet 16!

 Hello

Sorry I've been MIA but had the living room plastered and it's caused a bit of chaos and before everything goes back in we'll be painting but it takes time when your doing it your self (well hubby is). So we had no internet for the week and then my laptop didn't want to reconnect!

Anyway enough of my problems here's my little card I made for my niece.

The stamps came with creative stamping mag.

Thanks for visiting!

Well Done!

 Hello

Well I’m glad to say my week didn’t get any worse after the washing fiasco.

So, we are just preparing the living room to be skimmed, we have been renovating our bungalow for what seems like ages, the living room is the last room that needs any major work doing and the two bedrooms are only cosmetic. Then it will be onto the back garden and I’ve been wondering how do you get on that garden rescue programme…lol

So, my little cards are for my niece and my good friends twin daughters who all passed their exams.

I’ve used Stampin Up Giggles Greetings coloured with Zig Real Colour Brush Pens, with dies and patterned papers.

I'm still working on my colouring in of Kelly Hortons Steampunk sisters, I've now done the hair.

As always thanks for your visit, I really do appreicate it!

Time to Relax

 Hello

How are you all?

I had one of those days on Tuesday, where nothing went right. According to the weather it was going to be a reasonable day so I put all the towels in the washing machine, the machine finished so I put the sheets in only to find I hadn’t added the washing powder to the towels but the sheets had already started. Then the machine seemed to get stuck on spin managed to stop that only to find the sheets looked dirtier than when I put them in, ever had one of those days…lol

Anyway, on to my card, this was for my BIL using distress inks, Sue Wilson dies and Inkylicious stamps.

Thanks for your visit, it is much appreicated!

Daisy B

Hello

Hope you are keeping well, I'm doing OK!

So, while I'm trying to get to grips with blogger changes, Facebook is now at it and that will change September and I really don't like that setup! Hubby always says I don't like change and he isn't wrong.

Sharing some more Dasiy B, more elegant ladies as you can tell I do like this stamp.

Coloured with distress inks.

Some colouring I've been doing with Kelly Horton Images. Only done the skin so far so still a lot of work to do. I'm really pleased with the outcome with Kelly's help I've actually created something realistic and at last got some real use out of my prisma pencils.

Thanks for your visit I really do appreciate it!

Hubby

Hello

Hope you are all well?

I'm not feeling this new blogger at all, I know it's probably user error!

I love a good storm as long I’m in the house looking out.

Today’s card was for my husband, inspiration from Creative Stamping but wow did I have trouble doing some heat embossing, I gave up in the end, it just wouldn’t work! So, I left the image just back and coloured with my Zig Real Brushes. The background was created with JND media plate and distress inks.

Colouring with Barbara!

Thanks for your visit, really do appreicate!

ATC's

Hello

How are we all?

My poor Mr Pickle spent the night under the floor boards.
He didn’t make any sound until the following morning. I said to my hubby that’s not good he hasn’t been home all night and then I heard a meow. He’s here somewhere I said, so I searched all the rooms and couldn’t find him then I heard another meow and hubby said he must be under the floor boards and sure enough the poor little thing was, he’d snuck in while hubby was finishing of some pipe work. He was a little stressed, had a look around then came for a little fuss. I just don’t understand why he wasn’t making a LOT more noise?

On to my ATC’s, both sets for a Face Book swap.

The first theme was Circus, didn’t have anything suitable but a friend lent me some paper pads and I managed these.

Second theme was a single colour and/or a variation of. I used Zig Clean Colour real brushes with a Woodware stamp.
I like how these turned out!

Thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it!

Claret and Blue all the way through....

Hello

I hope you are all OK?

Sharing one of those pesky male cards,  this one was for my brother in law, who is claret and blue all the way through…lol

I’ve used a Sue Wilson die and the football stamp was a bargain I picked up from the last show at the National Motor Cycle Museum before lockdown with a mixture of other stamps and coloured with distress inks.

Thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it.
