Hi All

This must be the quickest card I've ever made. Only forgot my nephew's birthday and I've not forgotten in over 30 years.
It was Monday, so I got home made a card (it's probably missing a bit of finesse) and dropped it round the same evening so technically it wasn't late....

That's what making Christmas cards does to you....lol

Woodware stamp and promarkers and tried to use colours of his fav footie team

Thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it!

80th

Hello

The girlie holiday was going so well, the weather was fantastic, if not a little too hot for me...lol but come Thursday evening my big sister fell and fractured her arm in 3 places just below her shoulder.

She had to be taken to hospital and I can tell you spending fourteen hours in a Greek hospital is NOT much fun, my sister accepts it for what it is but OMG it's shocking.
If I hadn't stayed over night with her, I don't know how she would have coped, there was nobody to help her in and out of bed or take her to the toilet.

It has now become one of my worst fears.

I've also just noticed my signature has gone and that will have to wait till my stepson returns from his holidays......so inconsiderate....lol

So onto the card I made for my husband's aunt., she celebrated her 80th with a small family party but sadly I missed it as I was on my girlie holiday.

Using a selection of dies from Sue Wilson, Britannia, Spellbinders and Heartfelt Creations.

As always thanks for the visit I really do appreciate it!

Brother-in-law

Hello all

 Hope you are well.

The card I am sharing today is for my brother-in-law, I used free stamps and new stepper card die that I got in a sale.

I've never been able to make stepper cards properly, so I was really glad when these dies started to come on to the market, I have a few of them now.

Thanks for your visit!

Crazy Cat Lady

Hello All

So sorry for my absence, the loss of my mother-in-law , then we had our holiday in Crete and then when I get back I notice that I had blog trouble, which still isn't sorted but at least I can post.

It's my signature that I've lost, someone else did that part for me and they've broken the link and sadly I don't see them anymore.

I will try to catch up with everyone.

So this is another crazy cat lady card from Art Impressions clear stamps.
For my other sister this time, craziness just runs in the family...lol

As always thanks for your visit!

Sister

Good morning all

It's a bit dull and overcast here, I'd read the weekend wasn't going to be too bad so I hope it picks up a bit.

My little cards for today are for my sister, and brother-in law, the ones that lives in Greece, the good news is they received their cards.

The stamps are Art Impressions clear stamps, I got them from the USA last Christmas holiday.
I do love their designs, although I find them hard to source in the UK.

Coloured with distress inks

I forgot to take a picture of my brother-in-laws but I think it was this one but with 75 on.

Inkylicious stamp, Phill Martin words and distress inked background.

As always thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it.

MIL Christmas

Hello everyone

I 'm just sharing my first christmas card of 2015, it's for my MIL.
I got the inspiration from this lovely blog here.
It's using the free die from Crafter's Companion mag and a Poppystamps Die that I've had for ages and never used (if I knew how to insert an embarrassed face I would) and found that I really liked the die after I'd put it together. I've glittered around the edges just to add a little sparkle...
it is a Christmas card after all...lol

Thank you for your visit, I really do appreciate...

Hubby

Hi

Always hard to get back into things after a holiday, this card was for my hubby who celebrated his birthday while we were away. I think the stamp is stampendous (stamped for me) by a friend because she knows hubby is a beekeeper and inked with distress inks.

As always thanks for your visit.

Mother-in-Law

Hi everyone, the weather is still lovely, at least till the weekend.

Today's card is for my MIL she will be 85 on the 22nd April, it's a little or should I say a lot different to what she normally gets so I'm hoping she will see the funny side of it, I will find out on Friday as we are taking her out for afternoon tea.

It's an image that pinkjools used and I loved it and thanks to her help I managed to find the stamp plus another one that i'll be sharing later. I had a little trouble grounding her as you see from the lower photo.

Now just for a laugh the image below was my first attempt but I just couldn't use it as she looked she was standing on a big mound of poo!

As always thanks for your visit, it is always nice to see you!

Christmas cards

Hello

Christmas has sneaked up rather quickly, I still have a few to share, these cards were based on a card I made in a Stampin Up class.
Stampin Up cards are generally on the smaller size, so I adapted it to a 6 x 6 card.

As always thanks for your visit and I'd like to take the opportunity you wish you all a Merry Christmas!

Christmas cards

Hiya

I thought it was time I shared some christmas cards with you, these are for my younger nieces. One of my crafty friends came to class with these stamps and I thought they would be great for the girls, so I stamped a few images to use. I love the snowman with his wonky hat and the birds sitting on the Deer's antlers.
I've also added the card for the older girls as well, well they are adults really...lol but I wasn't very happy how these turned out, they looked better in my head.

I've also made my MIL's card and taken a photo, only to realise that I've forgotten to put any sort of greeting on and I've just tidied up and put everything away in my craft room for visitors. It has knocked the smug grin off my face I can tell you...lol

As always thanks for your visit and any comments you may leave.

Niece

Hiya

Todays card is for my little niece, I just had to use this cute image from LOTV, coloured with promarkers. It has turned out better than expected even though my mojo seems to have done a runner and I have loads to do, which doesn't help much...lol

As always thanks for your visit!
