Well finally made the jump to week 8, wasn't so bad did struggle a bit but that might be because I've been so busy at work that I haven't eaten much. Jogging for 28 mins but I added some on, so it was about 31-32 mins in total.

Had a great jog this morning, I'm ok in the cold, it's when it's cold and wet I can't do it...lol
Had the nike running thingy bob on as well and was really pleased with the results.

Haven't jogged for a while due to holiday and weather but today I went and got some running shoes.trousers and socks, so weather permitting I'll be running on Wednesday evening.

Yah I've started again and really pleased with myself, jogged for 28 mins non stop.

Did my second jog tonight, jogged for 28 mins again the route I am doing takes in a couple of small hills but gosh there big hills when you're jogging up them but good news is they are lovely to jog down...lol

Week 9
Wow I took the leap and went for week 9, I think I would have managed but I reversed the route and one of the hills really got to me and I only got 3/4 of the way up and had to start walking as I felt really sick but once I was up I started jogging again, so I think next jog will be the usually route and then try the reverse next time.

Lovely jog this morning did my usual route and was fine, definitely reached my 5K.

Had a jog tonight but I don't know what's the matter as it doesn't seem to get any easier, perhaps it's cos I'm struggling to do it 3 times a week. I've also been out tonight to a family party and danced all night, I'm gonna suffer in the morning with me knees...lol

I'm aiming for 3 runs a week from now, obviously I need dry weather, I can run in the summer rain but not winter rain.
