Hubby

Hello

Hope you are all well?

I'm not feeling this new blogger at all, I know it's probably user error!

I love a good storm as long I’m in the house looking out.

Today’s card was for my husband, inspiration from Creative Stamping but wow did I have trouble doing some heat embossing, I gave up in the end, it just wouldn’t work! So, I left the image just back and coloured with my Zig Real Brushes. The background was created with JND media plate and distress inks.

Colouring with Barbara!

Thanks for your visit, really do appreicate!

A special ATC

Hello

Hope you are all well.

Just sharing some ATC's that I've made for a Facebook Swap but before that I just want to share a beautifully doodled ATC I received from Emily aged 4 who is Alison59's granddaughter.

I'd decided to send her the ATC (which I was hoping would be her first) because she has been doodling along with Alison (and Barbara).

It's taken pride of place!

I will share some more doodled ATC's at later date, I just really needed to share Emily's with you!

The theme here was rainbows, I used distress inks and Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Pens and die cut some clouds.

The theme here was best thing about lockdown. I chose more time to craft. The background was created with Brushos and a very old free stamp.

Here was our trip to Africa with Barbara Gray.

Thanks for your visit I really do appreicate it!

Daisy B

Hello

What a change in the weather, I know the garden needed it but it's gone so cold as well, I hope you are all well.

These are just a few cards I've sent sending happy thoughts!

Photo heavy but I'd been using the Daisy B butterfly stamp with brushos and got a bit carried away.

The senitment came free with a mag.

My week with Barbara Grey we doodled a Dream Catcher. Get me!

Daisy B

Hello

How are you all?, the weather is beautiful at the moment if not a tad too hot!

Well we should have been flying sunny Skitathos on Friday but that has been cancelled I'm glad to say, who would want to fly anywhere at the moment, I'm just praying that the holiday to visit my other sister in September also gets cancelled.
Even if we were to celebrate their two special birthdays!

I'm sharing another elegant card that I made for my sisters 60th. I've had two sisters celebrating special birthdays. I will be visiting one of them on Saturday for a social distancing cup of tea and a cake to celebrate!

I used a Daisy B stamp and the greeting was a freebie. I've coloured with distress inks and used a stencil for the background

Here is my  doodle from Barbaras Shac-Shack, who'd have thought it!

Thanks for your visit, it's much appreicated!

Flippin Woman

Hello

Still no news from work, so I'm still furloughed, I won't want to go back I can tell you!

Sharing a fun card I made for a good friend.

I've used the Flippin Woman range of rubber stamps, coloured with Zig Clean Colour Real brush pens.
I built a scene on the inside like she is sitting in the kitchen with the window behind her eating cake,
 I mean who doesn't!

And on to my doodles that I've been doing with Barbara.

As always thanks for your visit, much appreicated!

Hello All

I hope your're hanging in there, when I go out for shopping which is once a week, I can't wait to get back home. I could turn into a hermit at this rate.....

So my card today was for my big sister, I never thought I would have an OAP as a sister...lol

I used a Daisy B stamp coloured with distress inks, the background was created with a stencil.

I'd aslo like to share some doodles that I've been doing with Barbara Gray after I saw
Jackie's  blog I'm really enjoying them. I was a bit late to the show, so I decided to start at the very beginning ( there is a song like that!)
Here are my first three, who'd of thought I could draw birdies...
My  hubby was impressed!
