More Christmas cards

This one was copied from the craft stamper mag, didn't use the packing tape as suggested as I didn't have any, so I used very thin acetate and it didn't turn out bad.

This one I used the same idea but tried a different design and images

Hi ya

I have been busy making more Christmas cards again ( it also takes my mind of food as I am trying to shed a few pounds) on these I used the embossing folders, I haven't shown them all as it would be a bit boring, I just added some glitter to try and change them all a little.

It's Christmas

Well not yet we have another mini heat wave instead but I have made a few cards. The designs were ones we did at a craft class last year but had already started my cards so saved them for this year. The red one was made at the class, have just done the green one and going to try it in some other colours soon but I still have birthday cards to make.

Honey Bees

Well Andrew and I have entered into the fascinating world of honey bees, we have been going to bee club for a few months now and have just got our first hive well it’s a nuc really with a small colony of bees, which we are hoping to see through the winter months.

If you watch closely you can see what colour pollen they have collected in their pollen baskets which are on the back legs, Andrew was watching today and it was orange.

Hi again

I'm back to upload my cards but as I am using my phone and not a camera I don't think the image is very good. Anyway been playing with the few distress Inks I have and this is the result. There is also a couple of other cards,The lady in the hat was coloured with promarkers and I was very pleased with the result but you can't see the resuts. The other card I would like some opinion as to whether it needs something adding, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well my new craft room is almost ready to use, just a little more mess to remove from my desk but did manage to make a card and will load it later. My problem at the moment is that i can't leave messages on any blogs, i keep getting this message Your current account (name) does not have access to view this page. So I am at a loss as what to do, so if any one can help please get in touch. Thanks in advance!

40th Birthday cards

 The cards and Bella Umbrella  have been made for a while but I couldn't load them till I had given them to the ladies concerned. The inspiration for the cards came from a card I saw on the docrafts site and was made by the lovely craftyshel. Really enjoyed making the cards as the stamp has become one of my fav's. I had to work very hard to get these done so all my craft stuff could be packed away for moving house and I am just in the process of getting my new craft area sorted.

It's been

a long time since I posted anything, reasons being no Internet due to changing provider and moving house, which is the sad bit as I had pack all my craft stuff away and don't know when it will be out again. I did managed to get all my cards made up to the end of August, will worry about the rest later. Have a few cards to load in no particular order, the green was for an old school friend in July, the spotty one for a work colleague in August and the male one was for a male work colleague's 65th back in May. When my craft room is back up and running I will try to post more often.

Wow the weather is just gorgeous, it makes want to do lots and lots of washing but not the ironing..lol. It's been such a long time since I posted, as you know I entered my first blog challenge and was scared to add any thing else in case I lost the link. My mother in law has been poorly but is improving every day.
So I have a few new cards to add, hope you like them.

Made the "I Want" note holders for a couple a nice ladies called Lis and Wendy along with the birthday cards, hope you liked them! Any way be back soon to add a few more.

Challenge card

This was made for LMC 111 over on the docrafts site but I didn't realise it was a LOTV stamp when I made it so I combined it with that LOTV's first challenge as well.

Craft Retreat

Last weekend I was lucky enough to attend the craft retreat arranged by Patsi and what a great weekend it was! Two full days of crafting, with demos and 7 challenges of which I managed to complete, some easier and better than others but hey that's me...lol I will try and load some piccys later.

So really need to say thanks to Patsi and boost her up to arrange next years and another big thanks to Sazzle for all her hard work on my blog.

Up and running sort of!

Well thanks to my crafty friend Sazzle for getting this blog up and running for me, I just got to figure the rest out and I'll give it my best shot!
