A special ATC

Hope you are all well.

Just sharing some ATC's that I've made for a Facebook Swap but before that I just want to share a beautifully doodled ATC I received from Emily aged 4 who is Alison59's granddaughter. 

I'd decided to send her the ATC (which I was hoping would be her first) because she has been doodling along with Alison (and Barbara).

It's taken pride of place!

I will share some more doodled ATC's at later date, I just really needed to share Emily's with you!

The theme here was rainbows, I used distress inks and Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Pens and die cut some clouds.

The theme here was best thing about lockdown. I chose more time to craft. The background was created with Brushos and a very old free stamp.

Here was our trip to Africa with Barbara Gray.

What a change in the weather, I know the garden needed it but it's gone so cold as well, I hope you are all well.

These are just a few cards I've sent sending happy thoughts!

Photo heavy but I'd been using the Daisy B butterfly stamp with brushos and got a bit carried away.

The senitment came free with a mag.

My week with Barbara Grey we doodled a Dream Catcher. Get me!

Born to perform!

Hello my lovelies

Went to a 30th birthday on Saturday and the girl concerned just loves to perform  and I thought this card fit the bill perfectly. 

As I'd left it a bit late to make I just copied it from the Mag Creative Stamping, she really liked it, I have another half made for another girl who likes to perform.

Pesky Male

What have we done to deserve this flipping weather, I'm so cold you wouldn't believe it and I'm just getting over a heavy cold.

This little pesky male card was for hubby, have I ever mentioned how much I dislike male cards......

it wasn't one of my better makes!

Used free stamps and brushos to create the border.

Butterfly Brushos

Hello All

I was playing with Brushos on this little card, not sure if it worked but the recipient liked it.

The stamps were inkylicious, the die was an unbranded one, the greeting was a freebie in a mag.

Sometimes I get a bit carried away....lol

What fantastic weather we had for Easter, I sure hope it's a sign of things to come. If I remember correctly this time last year was the same.

A selection of cards using a Woodware stamp and coloured with Brushos with a little white pearl Pixie powder.

 I used a card making magic die for the matting.

I got the stamp at the NEC last November and I really like it but can't remember the make.

I used Brushos to colour it with and the sentiment is one of Phill Martins.

One of my crafty friends stamped this image for us all at craft class so we could have a play and so I thought I'd turn it to a card for her birthday.

Glad to say she liked it.

The stamps are Lavinia and the background is Brushos. 

Personally I think it's a bit of a weird stamp...lol

I'm sharing some ATCoins, seen them on Hochanda and wanted to try them out.

Here is what I came up with, I found them more challenging than the traditional ATC.

The first one was using Lavinia stamps, the background created with Oxides.

Mounted on to MDF.

These were using some free stamps and Brushos.

I made this for my nephews birthday back in December, not 100% sure of it, I think I should have made the base card bigger or something because it doesn't really pop....

I've used brushos and free stamps and some unbranded Alphabet dies.

Fairies

Just sharing a few fairy cards I've made.

 I masked off to create the strip and sprinkled the brushos on. Then stamped my images and used distress inks around the images.

A mixture of Lavinia and Inkylicious stamps.

Brushos and Gilding Flakes

Well I had a day off yesterday (instead of my usual Monday).

On Sunday I'd been creating some backgrounds with Brushos and Pixie powders and wanted to see the effect gilding flakes had on it.  

I love my Brushos but find them a little flat so I have 3 pixie powders I use to lift them a little may add some more if I find the colours I want. Or should I try my Mica Powders?

I used French Foliage by SU, the Hello was a free stamp from Creative Stamping and Gilding Flakes, I found using the Honey Doo mixed media glue easier to use, I loved the self cleaning lid!

(Question: Does anyone know where to buy the self cleaning plastic bottles/lids from?)

Brushos and Dies

I'm still loving this weather, we are really being spoilt...lol and I'm really enjoying the footie!

I'm having a change of tack with my blogging, I normally make my cards but don't blog them until I decide who is going to receive them but I've decided from now on I'll post as I make them. However these have been made a month or two ago.

I wanted to use some of the dies I have, so I thought I'd have a play with brushos to create some backgrounds, I'm pleased how they turned out.

Butterflies

These little cards were created with a free butterfly die from a mag and brushos for the background.

I die cut the shapes of the butterfly and then put the butterfly back in. 

The greeting was also a freebie from another mag.

Get Well Sister Dearest

Hi All

I 'd like to share a card I made for my sister, she lives in Kos Greece and has had a hip replacement.

The only problem being it never arrived, I also sent a magazine (separate parcel)  and I feel really annoyed, the mag cost me £10 and the post was £5 and that never arrived either.

 Not sure which end the problem is but I know our Post Office isn't what it used to be, sorry if that offends anyone who works or knows someone that works in the Post Office but that is how I feel.

Anyway moan over, I used Brushos and Inkylicious stamps and a Phill Martin sentiment.
