Time to Relax

 Hello

How are you all?

I had one of those days on Tuesday, where nothing went right. According to the weather it was going to be a reasonable day so I put all the towels in the washing machine, the machine finished so I put the sheets in only to find I hadn’t added the washing powder to the towels but the sheets had already started. Then the machine seemed to get stuck on spin managed to stop that only to find the sheets looked dirtier than when I put them in, ever had one of those days…lol

Anyway, on to my card, this was for my BIL using distress inks, Sue Wilson dies and Inkylicious stamps.

Thanks for your visit, it is much appreicated!

Daisy B

Hello

Hope you are keeping well, I'm doing OK!

So, while I'm trying to get to grips with blogger changes, Facebook is now at it and that will change September and I really don't like that setup! Hubby always says I don't like change and he isn't wrong.

Sharing some more Dasiy B, more elegant ladies as you can tell I do like this stamp.

Coloured with distress inks.

Some colouring I've been doing with Kelly Horton Images. Only done the skin so far so still a lot of work to do. I'm really pleased with the outcome with Kelly's help I've actually created something realistic and at last got some real use out of my prisma pencils.

Thanks for your visit I really do appreciate it!

Hubby

Hello

Hope you are all well?

I'm not feeling this new blogger at all, I know it's probably user error!

I love a good storm as long I’m in the house looking out.

Today’s card was for my husband, inspiration from Creative Stamping but wow did I have trouble doing some heat embossing, I gave up in the end, it just wouldn’t work! So, I left the image just back and coloured with my Zig Real Brushes. The background was created with JND media plate and distress inks.

ATC's

Hello

How are we all?

My poor Mr Pickle spent the night under the floor boards.
He didn’t make any sound until the following morning. I said to my hubby that’s not good he hasn’t been home all night and then I heard a meow. He’s here somewhere I said, so I searched all the rooms and couldn’t find him then I heard another meow and hubby said he must be under the floor boards and sure enough the poor little thing was, he’d snuck in while hubby was finishing of some pipe work. He was a little stressed, had a look around then came for a little fuss. I just don’t understand why he wasn’t making a LOT more noise?

On to my ATC’s, both sets for a Face Book swap.

The first theme was Circus, didn’t have anything suitable but a friend lent me some paper pads and I managed these.

Second theme was a single colour and/or a variation of. I used Zig Clean Colour real brushes with a Woodware stamp.
I like how these turned out!

Baby Boy!

Hello

I hope you are all doing well?

Sharing a card for a lady who attends our craft group, she has just had a baby boy.

I used a mixture of dies.
Presscut dies for the card base and the mat and layers, Tonic, Spellbinder oval and a embossing folder. The image was a set of stamps free with a mag.
Coloured with Zig Clean Colour Real Brushes.

Here’s my colouring attempts following along with Barbara Gray.
