MIL Birthday

Hello All

Today's little card is another for my MIL, her birthday is in April.
I've just noticed I haven't put mother on it and I don't know where I'm going to put it...lol

I had a bit of an accident with this one, I was squeezing some of Phill Martin's coloured pearlescent glue and the end came off and it went all over the place. I managed to wipe it off the greeting but it had oozed in between the green background so I had to add some more
blossom and a birdie to cover it up.

You would think I'd learnt my lesson because it has happened to me before, I don't use them enough and the end gets all bunged up and then you squeeze......very disappointing.

As always thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it.

Beautiful card Ali, shame about the glue problem, but if you hadn't said I wouldn't have known and still couldn't tell ;) Re sentiment what about a little banner with the word Mother on it between the beaks of the two birdies facing each other? Hugs - Debs x

Beautiful card and layout Ali, lovely sentiment too. I had that problem with the cosmic shimmer pearls, i now use Viva pearl pens and have never had a problem with them. Its so upsetting when you ruin a card when that happens, you have done a brilliant rescue job, no one would know. Hugs Emma x

I hate it when that happens to glue. It's SO frustrating and I can relate to how you feel. A fabulous make - bet your MiL will love it! Shabneez x

Hi Ali, thought I had better come and answer no before I forget - no, he did lots of talking about it after I came out of hospital and then decided to tear up the floor of the dressing room and lay a new one, so the wait goes on.

A very pretty trellis card which I am sure your MIL will love and you did a great cover up of your little accident.
