Hope you are all well, finally got a new laptop, so I'm back......lol

Really missed seeing all the lovely cards you've made so I've got some catching up to do.

We've had some lovely weather, so been tiding up the garden but they say it's going cold again.

Today's little card was a copy of one from Creative Stamping, thought it was a nice design and I love the stamp set.

The weather is still awful, looking out of our window you would think it was November not April......

My card today was for a crafty friend at craft club.

The die is Crafters Companion, the flower stamp was a freebie, the butterflies are Inkylicious and the greeting is a SU stamp.

I apologies if my blog visits are a bit intermittent but I have problems with my laptop and waiting for a replacement.

Fairy

Hello All

Hope you all had a great Easter.

I did chocolate free March and then made up for it on Easter Sunday by eating far to much.

So my little card today was sent off to my dear friend Lis in Florida for her birthday.

I used my trusty distress inks to create the background and for the moon I used a mask and blended the ink outwards and then tried to remove some from inside the moon with a paint brush and added some drops of water for effect. 

The fairy image was a free Lavina stamp,  the stamp used in the corner was Inkylicious but I'm not sure on the toadstools/mushrooms.

Just seeing the last of the second lot of snow thank goodness but I've read we might have a white Easter

So my little card today is another dreaded male card but luckily you can't go wrong with football for most men and when I find one that works I use it to death....lol

Sister-in-law

Hello All

Had a fab weekend , on Friday we went to the CBSO to hear them play David Bowie music but we had a surprise because they also had a singer, his name was Tony Vincent and he was excellent. Apparently he won The Voice USA a few years ago.

Then on Saturday, I met with some crafty friends for a day of crafting, what more could a girl ask for...lol

This is the card I  made for my sister-in-law for Saturday the 3rd March and she hasn't received it yet, I'm a little shocked at the service. I know we had all that snow but it's now very late and I don't think it will be turning up now...lol

I sent her this picture to show her what it looked like.

60th Anniversary

Hi All

How have you all fared with the snow, today was my first day out as I've been off work with a heavy cold, I went to do a little shopping and couldn't believe the drifts of snow, its going to take a while for them to disappear.  

My little card today was fairly quick for me after getting my head around doing it, I've attempted a few before I settled on this one.
