50th Birthday

Today's card was made for an old school friend ( I should omit the old I think) for her 50th birthday, we met up on Saturday to celebrate, where I had far too much to drink and have been suffering since. The scary bit for me is that it will be my turn in a few months!
I love the greeting, which I have used many times for similar special cards.

Inky session

I have been having an inky session with my distress inks, I don't always get the results I want but when I do I love them and the stamp from Inkylicious is just fab for those hard to make male cards.

House warming

I only have the one card for today, it was made for a work colleague. I was struggling with a house warming card so I searched the docrafts site for what seemed like hours for inspiration and someone had used this image from a JNM CD and I thought it made a great little card.

A Mixed bunch today

Hello everyone today's cards are a bit of a mixed bunch using various techniques, with a little explanation under each card.

 The inspiration for this one was taken from Craft Stamper. Masked a section off at the bottom stamped in versamark and embossed with white embossing powder then inked with distress inks and then the flower stamped and a greeting added

I used some more SU stamps and SU paper for this one, stamped the flowers with distress inks and added some ribbon. I had already made this without the easel bit and decided to make another one and make it an easel....sorry i'm rambling.

This one was made for my niece using one of my fav stamps "Daisy", she was coloured with promarkers.

Sorry I've been awol for a while, I really don't know where the time goes. I'm getting a nice collection of Stampin Up stamps, I think they are really good quality although a bit more expensive but they stamp really well and here is what I have made with them.
