Always be a Mermaid!

Today is my sisters birthday, I made the card first and another box in black and white but then had a thought about making another box to match the card. Wasn't as easy as I thought but worked out better than I expected. 

She is normally away for her birthday but she is going away a couple of days later this time so we are meeting tonight for a meal and a catch up.

The box is filled with a few holiday essentials but I bought a few to many and had to wrap some up separately....

The mermaid stamp is from craft stamper mag, the box is tonic second attempt, coloured with distress inks and some shells added to the lid.

Another lovely weekend!

My little card for today was for a crafty friend at Tuesday club.

I had intended for it to be a bigger card with more of the sea showing but I couldn't get it right, I do struggle with depth so I cut it off and made it square. I think it worked!

Most of the stamps are inkylicious and distress inks and a bit of glitter.

Another Flippin Women.....

I'm really enjoying this weather, spending plenty of time in the garden, it's helped by me dropping my hours at work, I'm now on a 3 day week and I love it!

So my card for today was for my sister, another Flippin women card, my sister loved it. It actually arrived safely in Kos Greece.

Hello Everyone 

The weekend was gorgeous wasn't it, spent sometime in the garden and and got a free pass on the cooking because hubby has done a BBQ most evenings. Which suits me!

Another pesky male card, this time for my BIL, the one that lives in Greece, I'm really pleased to say that they received their cards this year. Must have been because I put them in to a brown envelope!

My little card today is for a male crafty friend from craft club and I think you know by now how much I hate male cards...lol

Presscut Dies, Stampin Up stamps, I was give the lighthouse and anchor some time ago but only just got round to using them.
