MIL Birthday

Hello All

Today's little card is another for my MIL, her birthday is in April.
I've just noticed I haven't put mother on it and I don't know where I'm going to put it...lol

I had a bit of an accident with this one, I was squeezing some of Phill Martin's coloured pearlescent glue and the end came off and it went all over the place. I managed to wipe it off the greeting but it had oozed in between the green background so I had to add some more
blossom and a birdie to cover it up.

You would think I'd learnt my lesson because it has happened to me before, I don't use them enough and the end gets all bunged up and then you squeeze......very disappointing.

Get Well Sister Dearest

Hi All

I 'd like to share a card I made for my sister, she lives in Kos Greece and has had a hip replacement.

The only problem being it never arrived, I also sent a magazine (separate parcel)  and I feel really annoyed, the mag cost me £10 and the post was £5 and that never arrived either.

Not sure which end the problem is but I know our Post Office isn't what it used to be, sorry if that offends anyone who works or knows someone that works in the Post Office but that is how I feel.

Anyway moan over, I used Brushos and Inkylicious stamps and a Phill Martin sentiment.

Hope you like it sister dearest xxxx

As always thanks for your visit.

Hydrangea

Hello All

Hope you're enjoying the rain! Monday was beautiful here, which made up for the rain all day Sunday.

While out shopping on Friday I brought Simply cards and Papercraft, been umming and ahhing whether to buy it for a week because I tend to buy and never use the freebies but so glad I did.

I had a lovely day playing Sunday, well I couldn't do anything else with all that rain...lol and there are a few more to come!

I've been admiring the die on the second card for a while, as I keep seeing Janice make some gorgeous cards, which you can see an example here, so thanks Janice for helping me spend my pennies...lol

I used my trustee distress inks and prisma pencils on the butterflies.

As always thanks for your visit, I really do appreciate it!

Keeping this one

Hello

Do you ever make a card and think I don't want to give it away, well that's how I feel with this, don't know why but I'm keeping it....lol

The dies are Sue Wilson and Spellbinders,  the butterflies are Memory Box I think, the wording was free on a mag and the background was created with Brushos.

Thanks for your visit.
