First Batch of Christmas Cards 2016

Hi all

Sharing my first batch of christmas cards, red for the girls, blue and green for the boys.

All the images were borrowed from friends, so don't know the makes,  Presscut and Sue Wilson dies.

Easy peasy on the presents as they are all happy with cash!

As always thanks for your visit, it is much appreciated!

Birthday

Hello All

Hope you are all well, didn't it rain Monday, my goodness it didn't stop at all.

My card today is for my niece, I used one of my favorite stamps called Daisy, with a selection of Spellbinders Dies and LoTV papers.

I didn't do a great job on the sky. it looks a bit naff...lol

As always thanks for your visit.

Storage

Hello

I 've been so excited waiting for my husband to finish my die storage and it's finally finished.

Four, double sided magnetic boards on pulleys, the only downside is that he knows how many dies I have but he still made it big enough for more...lol

It brought to life that I've misplaced or lost one of my grand square dies, so I really hope it turns up.

As always thanks for your vsit, very much appreciated.

Lest we forget

Hello All

Boxes of Poppies!

These have been made a few weeks but I couldn't share, I had to wait till the recipients had received them.
Both have gone to good friends with husbands who were in the services and my way to say thank you for their service.
One travelled all the way to Florida to a penpal the other more local to a work colleague.

Thanks for your visit, much appreciated.

Tiled Birthday Card

Hello Everyone

Long time no post....lol

Today's card was created using a technique from a mag, creating a tile effect.

I love how it turned out. I'm in the process of making a Christmas Card with the same technique.

I'm quite heavy handed so to protect my grouting line I used artist gum, then stamped and inked it. Made sure the inks were dry before rubbing the gum off and used versamark and clear embossing powder a couple of time.

As always thanks for your visit!
